What we collect

  • Your wallet public key: your account identity. We never see or store private keys.
  • Profile data you choose to add: a username and an avatar image.
  • Match history: games played, results, wagers, and settlement records. Reports you file are stored for moderation.
  • A country code derived from your IP at sign-in, used only for aggregate operations metrics. The IP itself is used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention and is not attached to your profile.

What we deliberately don't collect

  • Video and voice are never recorded. Live calls are transient. Nothing is captured, stored, or reviewed. Your camera and microphone are always under your control and can stay off for the entire match.
  • Chat is not stored. Room messages are relayed live and exist only for the duration of the session.
  • No ad trackers, no analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

On-chain data is public

Deposits, settlements, and payouts happen on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible and permanent, linked to your wallet address. That is a property of the blockchain itself, not something we can edit or delete.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law. Match and settlement records are retained for the integrity of the platform (dispute resolution, fraud prevention). To remove your username or avatar, or to ask about data we hold for your wallet, contact support@jackpot.cam.
